- Project submission photos. Our internal team uses a password-protected portal to upload job-site photos and project notes. These are not collected from public visitors.
- Standard web analytics. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic analytics such as page views, the type of browser and device you're using, the pages you navigate to and from, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for basic site functionality (for example, remembering form state). See "Cookies and Tracking" below.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, payment card data, or other sensitive financial information through the Site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your contact requests and estimator submissions.
- Schedule site visits, prepare quotes, and follow up about your project.

We share information only with the limited service providers we use to operate the Site:
- Database hosting (Supabase), stores form and estimator submissions so our team can access them securely.
- Site hosting (Lovable), hosts the website itself.
- Email delivery, used to notify our team when a form is submitted and to send replies.
These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law (for example, in response to a valid subpoena) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Big Red Roofing, our customers, or the public.
Data Storage and Security
Submissions are stored in our hosted database with row-level security and access controls so that only authorized Big Red Roofing staff can read them. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information. We retain submissions only as long as we need them to operate our business and respond to customers, and we delete or anonymize old records on a regular schedule.
Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Keeping basic Site functionality working (remembering form input, session state).
- Measuring traffic and page performance through standard, privacy-respecting analytics.

- Ask us to delete it. Unless we're required to keep it (for example, for tax or warranty records), we'll delete it.

Children's Privacy
